Your philanthropic investment in the YMCA of the Upper Main Line ensures the YMCA is there for those who need us most. The YMCA is committed to the communities we serve by offering programs, activities and services that best meet the needs of children and families. However you choose to give, whether through an online donation to our Changing Lives Annual Support Campaign, the United Way or matching gifts from your employer, your investment will have a positive impact on those we serve.

The YMCA of the Upper Main Line is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization under IRS code. Your gift is deeply appreciated and fully deductible as allowed by law.

The YMCA helped Doug Burnett after a stroke. The YMCA Changed Doug Burnett’s Life

In December 2007, Doug had a massive stroke that rendered him paralyzed on the entire left side of his body. He died and was revived twice on the operating table while doctors removed a six-inch clot from a vein exiting his heart. Doug’s insurance benefits ran out so he couldn’t continue physical therapy. Without other options, he turned to the YMCA. Doug was able to receive a YCares scholarship to help him defray the costs required for the membership he so desperately needed to continue his recovery.

Programs supported through your donation include: Day Care, Afterschool, Summer Camp, Swim lessons, Active Older Adult programs and Youth Sports leagues.

Donate Online – Complete a simple form specifying the amount and branch you would like to benefit from your gift.

Cash or check – Make checks payable to the YMCA of the Upper Main Line, 1416 Berwyn Paoli Road, Berwyn, PA 19312

Credit Cards – We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Donate online or call 610.854.1642 to make arrangements.

Stocks/Securities – Giving your investments may be the optimal way to provide a significant gift while reaping tax benefits.

United Way – The YMCA of the Upper Main Line’s Donor Option number is 294.

Matching Gifts – Double your gift. If you or your spouse or partners work for a company with a matching gift program, please take advantage of it by enclosing your employer's matching gift form with your contribution. Ask your Human Resources department if you qualify.
