Traditionally known as places to learn how to do the breast stroke or make a jump shot, YMCAs are rapidly becoming the places where kids and adults learn to paint, write, sing, dance or act.

Art has a tremendous impact on society and youth development…the Y is making the arts come alive with enriching programs for young people. We offer classes and workshops in a multitude of mediums.

We offer creative programs for children as young as two.

Examples include:

• Crafts
• Cooking
• Music
• Theater

Enrichment programs in math and reading are also included in our yearly programming.
