Daycare/Preschool/Before and After School Care

Daycare Programs

Children six weeks to five years old experience specialized care in each of our three locations. All three facilities are DPW licensed, with well-trained, caring staff standing ready to welcome your children.

Parents partner with us to provide the quality care that every child deserves. YMCA children flourish under the tender guidance and watchful eyes of knowledgeable, nurturing staff. Attentive caregivers and teachers continually encourage, support, and comfort the children as they explore their world. One visit will convince you that your child will grow and learn amidst the warmth and care of the YMCA family.

New children may join the program at anytime providing space is available. Call us for information and a tour.

Preschool

Our Preschool programs for kids aged 1 to 6 years fosters social and physical development for toddlers through Pre-K. This YMCA offers lunch bunch and afternoon enrichment programs.

Before and After School Programs

For kids ages 5 through 8th grade. We offer a flexible schedule and a qualified staff. Our structured program includes homework time, snack, computer time, crafts and sports. Lionville Community YMCA welcomes students from the following elementary schools: Lionville, Uwchlan Hills Elementary Pickering Valley and Shamona Creek Elementary.

Afterschool care will be held at two locations
for the 2007-2008 school year.

Shamona Creek Elementary

Students attending Shamona Creek, Uwchlan Hills and Pickering Valley will be bussed to Shamona Creek Elementary School.

Lionville Community YMCA

Children who attend Lionville Elementary will continue at the Lionville Community YMCA. Kindergarten students from all schools will attend Lionville Community YMCA.
